STOP PRESS!  – West Lothian entered Level 4 COVID restrictions on Friday 20 November and these are due to be in place until 11 December. Unfortunately this will mean that several of the venues that are distributing donor forms will be closed over that period. Many will however remain open and the three drop off points – RGM Solicitors, A Wee Mindin’ and Wilsons Newsagents - will still be able to accept completed donor forms, in the case of the first two by posting them through the letterbox. They will still be collected on a regular basis by Rotary volunteers. If you are struggling to pick up a donor form or find it difficult to download it from this website, then please contact Allan M Robertson by email on administration@linlithgowtreeoflight.org.uk and give him your name and address and he will arrange for one to be sent or delivered to you. You can also return (by post or by hand) your completed donor form to Allan c/o his address at the foot of the return envelope.
